The IF987S Inverted Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a compact, high-performance packaging machine designed for efficiently wrapping small to medium-sized products in pillow packs. Built with an inverted configuration and a full servo control system for precise motion and consistent sealing, the IF987S delivers reliable packaging speeds of 40 to 120 cycles per minute.
The machine supports bag lengths from 65–180 mm (2.56–7.08 in) in 2U mode or 120–280 mm (4.72–11.02 in) in 1U mode, bag widths from 30–110 mm (1.18–4.33 in), and product heights up to 45 mm (1.77 in). This flexibility makes it ideal for packaging snack bars, cookies, confectionery, bakery items, and small products.
With a maximum film width of 250 mm (9.84 in) and film roll diameter up to 320 mm (12.59 in), the IF987S is compatible with a wide variety of flexible packaging films.
