Most lines start with the flow wrapper and grow from there: automatic infeeds, card feeders, date coding, weighing and case sealing can be added as volume grows.

Flow wrappers: our core line
Flow wrappers are our core line: standard (overfeed) and inverted full-servo models that wrap baked goods, bars, confectionery, frozen desserts, trading cards, hardware and more in a sealed film package, at manufacturer-rated speeds from 30 to 225 cycles per minute depending on the model. Film widths run from 250 mm to 700 mm across the range. Inverted models feed the film from below, so delicate, sticky or tray-packed products are placed onto the film rather than pushed along it.
Every model can be fitted with date coders, card feeders, automatic infeeds, hang-hole options and nitrogen flush, and we test your product on the machine before you buy.

Heat-sealable roll stock film for flow wrappers and vertical form fill seal machines — clear, metallized, pearl white, matte colors and biodegradable structures — ships from Santa Clarita by the roll, with quantity pricing. Custom printed film and pouches run as programs: artwork, proofs and test rolls before production.
