What you are watching
An F1380S full-servo flow wrapper wrapping frozen egg rolls at speed. The F1380S is our most popular model: it covers bag lengths from 80 to 500 mm and products up to 70 mm tall, which is why it handles singles, twin packs and family packs of frozen items without a different machine.
Frozen meat trays and other frozen products run on the same machine family; the inverted IF1770S is the choice when the product should not be pushed.
What matters when flow wrapping frozen egg rolls
Frozen, irregular product
Egg rolls vary in length and are frozen hard. Pusher spacing and bag length are set for your longest item, and seal settings for a cold product.
Singles or multi-packs
One, two or more per pack changes the pusher distance and the end-seal set-up. We configure for the pack you sell, and can run both in the test.
Film for the freezer
The film has to seal clean on a cold product and survive the freezer case. We supply it, matched to the machine, so there is one supplier if anything goes wrong.
Line integration
Infeed conveyors, automatic infeeds, metal detection and checkweighing can sit around the wrapper when the line grows.
