Precision Filling Station
Delivers controlled product dispensing for liquid and semi-liquid applications. Filling parameters are adjustable to maintain consistent portion accuracy and stable container handling during operation.
Customizable Rotary Table
Precision-machined tooling cavities are configured to match specific cup dimensions and seal profiles. The rotary platform ensures accurate indexing and stable container positioning throughout the packaging cycle.
Roll Film Sealing with Registration
Automated roll-fed film system cuts and seals film over each container. Integrated eye mark detection enables accurate alignment for both printed and non-printed films.
Adjustable Gas Flush System
Controlled gas injection system allows atmosphere modification prior to sealing. Pressure and timing settings can be adjusted to meet product preservation requirements.
Poly Sealing & Lid Application
Heat sealing creates a secure primary film seal, followed by accurate lid placement to complete the package closure.
Integrated Exit Conveyor
Automated discharge conveyor transfers finished containers smoothly to downstream equipment, supporting continuous line flow.
Integrated Rotary Packaging Process
The RCF540L operates through a synchronized rotary sequence that automates each stage of the container packaging cycle. Every station is timed for continuous, controlled product flow.
Empty containers are automatically positioned into precision-machined rotary cavities for stable handling throughout the cycle.
Measured product is dispensed into each container using controlled filling parameters suited to liquid or semi-liquid applications.
Pre-fed roll film is positioned over the filled container and heat sealed to create a secure primary closure.
A rigid lid is placed and pressed onto the sealed container to complete the package.
Finished containers exit the rotary table onto an integrated conveyor for downstream processing or secondary packaging.
