Options & Upgrades

Configure your flow wrapper to match your production requirements with a range of available options and system upgrades. These features allow you to adapt the machine for different product types, packaging materials, and production environments. From automated product feeding and printing systems to gas flushing and air removal solutions, each option is designed to improve packaging consistency, efficiency, and overall line performance.

Product Handling & Feeding Systems

Card Feeder System
Automatically feeds cardboard backers or trays into the packaging line before the product enters the flow wrapper, helping stabilize delicate or irregular products during wrapping.

Automatic Infeed System
Automatically feeds products into the flow wrapper to increase production efficiency and reduce manual loading.

Product Control Gate
Controls product spacing before entering the sealing area to maintain consistent package positioning.

Package Atmosphere & Product Protection

Cold Plate
Keeps sealing components cool to prevent heat transfer to temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate, frozen foods, or ice cream items.

Nitrogen Flush System
Used to extend the shelf life of products by flushing oxygen from the package before sealing.

Package Quality & Air Removal

Air Removal Wheel
Removes excess air from packages before sealing to create tighter pillow packs and improve appearance.

Air Removal Shroud
Helps guide air out of the package area during sealing to improve package consistency.

Printing & Labeling

TTO Printer
Thermal transfer printing system for high-resolution date codes, lot numbers, barcodes, and logos.

Ink Roller Printer
A simple and cost-effective solution for printing batch codes and expiration dates on packaging film.
