What you are watching
An F987 flow wrapper wrapping paletas on a stick into individual pillow packs. The F987 and the full-servo F987S both run this application; the choice comes down to speed and how much changeover you expect.
For higher volumes, an automated popsicle loader separates the pops and feeds them into the wrapper so nobody is placing them by hand.
What matters when flow wrapping paletas and ice pops
Cold, wet product
Paletas come out of the freezer with frost and moisture on the surface. Seal settings and film are chosen for a cold product, and we prove them in the test rather than on your floor.
Stick and shape
The stick sets the bag length; irregular shapes set the pusher spacing. Both are part of how we configure the machine for you.
Feeding
Hand loading works at low volume. When output needs to climb, an automated loader keeps the wrapper fed at speed.
Coding and presentation
Date and lot coding on the film, tear-notch style and a clean end seal are configured with the machine, not added later.
